No, but it’s important to keep your website’s content fresh, and in most cases we would recommend it. Content management systems make updating your website very easy, and reduce costs.
Yes, we produce rich media adverts, and utilise Flash in websites for headers, video, audio, and in some circumstances, the actual site itself.

We use Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, InDesign and Fireworks.
This depends on if it’s newly designed or using an existing template. It also depends on how much HTML there is in the newsletter. A newsletter can take from 30minutes to 6 hours to build. Call us for a rough quote.
We can do, but generally leave it up to the client to manage the customer database etc.
We test the newsletter in Outlook 2007, Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo. This ensures that the vast majority of potential customers see the email the way it was intended.
